The Assembly and Testing of Gearbox

        AMT hybrid power bus assembly line assembles the second gear AG of new energy automobile through automatic assembling, measuring, testing and so on. Based on single-layer linear delivering closed-loop system, we load products by matching assist manipulator with assembly equipment along the production line. This production line integrates grabbing and releasing of shafting by robot as well as auto assembly of shafting housing with full-station automatic press as well as on-line measuring machine and automatic washer chooser for shafting interval, auto spreading by rectangular coordinate robot, auto rolling of 90°, auto tightening of end cap’s bolts, auto oiling and weighting for box.
